The Prosperity Institute launches fellowship programme
25 Feb 2025
Beginning this May, its name comes from the Battle of Edington, when, against all odds, Alfred the Great defended his people and land from an army of Vikings.
Inspired by King Alfred’s selfless courage, the programme will equip twelve talented Fellows with the vision, knowledge, and skills needed for leadership.
They will join the programme alongside their day jobs. Twice each month, they will meet to learn from ancient wisdom, experienced leaders, and policy experts.
Grappling with tough policy questions and practicing the skills for effective public leadership, fellows will be equipped to serve in the public square to build a more prosperous, hope-filled nation.
